Ordered one coffee, they couldn't even get that right

Here at 750 says they're open until 10 the kid inside saw me in the drivethru and ran and hid in the back and ignored me. This dunkin is In a gas station. And he even blocked the entrance from the gas station to the dunkin on the inside. There are multiple signs all around the place saying they are open until 10 pm. Take the signs down or get better employees

Woman working said the lobby was closed at 4 pm because she was "busy with other things." Drive through was open with one person at the window. Wanted me to go through drive through even though it wasn't a drive-through only store. What if I was a passenger in a car with someone else who didn't want to go through it? Very disappointed because there WAS someone that was served through the lobby just seconds before I got there.

This place is awful!! First time, I ordered an everything bagel and got plain but okay was a mistake I got over it. This morning I thought give them a second try. Ordered two snackin, bacon egg and cheese and everything toasted with butter. As I returned home, the bacon egg and cheese had snackin not regular on it, my everything had both cream cheese and butter clumped on. Literally an inch to two inches thick! I mean come on you expect as to pay corporate prices make it right! Will never return at all. Ill drive further to the next location. At least I wont be waiting ten min behind one car!
