      Remodeling work is only done before new tenants move in & by professionals whom we have worked with for decades. When the heat fails, especially on the weekend, we try to respond as quickly as possible but repairmen are not always available the same day or may have to wait for parts. While we don't recognize the name of this reviewer, if this is a current or former tenant, we apologize for any inconvenience.
