My preference is to use locally owned, family businesses and thats what I did when I needed a tree service. The owner, Brian, met with me and immediately made me feel comfortable with his experience and providing options and a recommendation with an estimate on how to proceed. Brian really knows trees and the importance of customer service. Brian and his team arrived on time, walked through again what was agreed to be done and his team worked fast, professional and did the job right including spotless clean-up. New fans of R&T!
