I'm also on board with the reviewers below, having been a patient for over thirty years when Dr, Ayotte ran the business. My issue has been and still is with their front desk receptionists. Rude, rude, rude. Even my first day returning six months ago after a few years hiatus, I watched the receptionist yell at some patient that walked in the door because their mask wasn't on.Called to cancel an appointment today, less than 24 hours notice as I had forgotten to do it yetsterday, and got chastised with an condescending attitude like I was twelve years old, bascially waiting for me to "give in" to not cancel. Told her I had been unemployed for months and just couldn't afford the $100 cleaning at this time, and she proceeded to tell me that "Well, regardless, you cancelling is now preventing us from what WE'RE trying to do here..." She proceeded to remind me four or five times about the 24 hour notice as if I didn't hear the first few times. Wow. She couldn't care less about me or my pocket, as long as I didn't cancel so they got THEIR money.  It's not like they wont fill the appointment. It's clear loyalty is dead these days. I'm surprised Ayottes patients haven't moved on.  "Family" dentistry, huh?  I guess if maybe it was the Addams family.

At my appointment the dental assistant was trying to flirt with me and it made me very uncomfortable for the rest of my time there.

I had been a patient of Dr Ayotte for over 30 years and my kids as well. When this practice was bought my first cleaning they said I needed a crown, 6 months later (second yearly cleaning) different dentist said I needed a different tooth crowned. The first crown I was still complaining about, I couldn't chew on that side of my mouth. Fast forward second crown done and I'm still complaining something is wrong with the first crown. I felt with it for two years bringing it to their attention at every visit. The dentist referred me to an oral surgeon because they couldn't solve the pain issue.I was not about to pay an oral surgeon so I found a new dentist (not only because of this, the receptionist shouldn't be in customer service). My issue was fixed in his office by a little filing of my bite...first visit!

This has been a horror show.  I had dental work done and they told me my insurance would not pay for it so I paid the full price.  I told them I thought the insurance would pay but they insisted it would not.   Then I was informed that the insurance did pay and they owed me a substantial refund.  I asked them to put it on my the same credit card I originally paid with and they said they couldn't and had to send me a check from another office.  I had to call three times and finally they decided to give me the refund on my credit card several weeks later.  My husband had dental work done and we paid what they said our insurance would not cover.  When the work was done they told him he was paid up in full.  Four months later he had to return because his crown broke and he had to endure another grueling three hours in the chair.  Luckily they said there was no charge for the redoing of the crown.  However upon leaving he was told he owed another $262 because the insurance didn't pay all of the original procedures.  When he questioned the receptionist because we were told we were all paid up and asked her to call his wife and explain the change she was extremely rude and said I'm not calling her here is the EOB.I called her and her attitude was beyond However we liked the doctors very much and feel they are excellent and knowledgeable as well as their assistant  but because of the rude  office personnel and their inability to keep the billing straight we will not be returning.
