        I just love the whole idea of visiting brooks brothers usually but I believe some people at the Clinton store need to learn customer service. No greeting, no good byes, worse - NOT PAYING ATTENTION to a customers request. I visited the Clinton store this afternoon (1/28/24) and there was a young man who looked at us, and just ignored our request several times, while gossiping with other associates. My husband reached out several times asking him to open the dressing room and this young man just looked at us and kept talking whereas we had to reach out to someone else to Open the dressing rooms for Us. Mind you, we were the only clients in the store!!
