        This bank forgets who iam sometimes,watch yourselves,cash a check in 5-days(hold),they held it for three days. It's o.k.i would like something better. My mom has had several strokes, writing isn't an option.

      Hello Margaret, thank you for reaching out. Any paper check may be subject to holds until we have received the funds from the other bank. This is not immediate but typically only takes 2 to 3 business days. Please remember that Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days. There is no hold on direct deposits of course, as those funds do not have to be collected first. Thank you. ^PR
