Now retired from nearly 15 years leading Kent Affordable Housing, my experience with CREM varies from so-so to great. Our first manager from CREM was okay at best, but working with Ann Marie Ovitt in recent years was wonderful. She is efficient and caring. Kim Erdeley always handled financial matters very well. Various issues I brought to the CREM president were harder, and often took a lot of attempts to get responses. I think the current Board of Kent Affordable Housing has had a better experience, but that question should be directed to them.

I wish I could give CT Real Estate Management zero stars because that's exactly what they deserve. My dealings with this company have been nothing short of a living nightmare. From their lackluster communication to their complete disregard for tenant concerns, CT Real Estate Management has proven time and time again that they are utterly incompetent and uncaring. Let's start with their customer serviceor should I say, lack thereof. It's as if their employees are trained to be rude and unhelpful. Every time I've tried to reach out with a question or concern, I've been met with condescending attitudes and dismissive responses if I get an answer at all. It's clear that they have no interest in actually helping their tenants. CT Real Estate Management's complete lack of professionalism and integrity is astounding. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and disappointment that comes with dealing with this abysmal excuse for a property management company. Avoid CT Real Estate Management at all costs!
