We recently moved to a new home and had issues with our hot water, so we called Tom and he came out later that same day to look. He was quick to respond, communicated his expected timing, and was overall great to deal with. We will absolutely be calling Tom the next time the need arises!

Tom came to hook up my gas stove where there had previously been an electric one. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. He provides wonderful service. I had consulted with another plumber first and am so glad I chose to go with New Concepts Plumbing. I will be using this company from now on.

Called for what might be a simple pipe repair under my kitchen sink. They where to busy to take the job on after hours. My home is less then 5 miles away from there office. Guess they only want big ticket repairs and installation

Tom at New Concepts Plumbing came to my house when I was having issues with my hot water that was supplied through my boiler. I thought I would have to replace the boiler. He suggested an indirect hot water heater. Not only did it extend my boiler, it cut my oil bill in half! I would highly recommend New Concepts Plumbing and Heating.
