FIT 30 Cheshire

I started going to Fit 30 after a long season of not working out and I am just so glad I found this place!! Marvin and the other employees are so motivating. They make the classes enjoyable for everyone! Doesn't matter your skill level you will LOVE these classes.

My favorite place to escape and take time for myself. Challenging workouts, motivating instructors, and a beautiful environment! Fit30 manages all this and fosters such a community and ~fit fam~ I havent found elsewhere

I've been a member of the Fit-30 group for a few years now and LOVE it! The work outs are challenging and rewarding. Marvin is very motivational and makes sure to offer alternates if you need to modify your work out and only pushes you to do your best and to push yourself as much as you want to. Through the pandemic, we were sent daily workouts to keep us motivated and moving, once able to be back all guidelines were followed to ensure our health and safety with modified workouts. I attend regular classes weekly and encourage you to give it a try, you won't be disappointed.
