I wish I had the option for less than zero stars! ordered via 1800 flowers on may 3rd for same day delivery and it was delivered to the wrong address I called 1800 flowers and we confirmed I gave them the correct address when placing order! 1800 flowers processed a new order that was to be delivered the next day and well same thing happened again! the delivery driver of this shop was delivering to the wrong address or was not making the delivery at all! way to ruin my 13th wedding anniversary. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and based on other comments I have heard and seen I am sure I am not the only one, still have not received a refund that I was promised. disputing with credit card company!

How is this place still in business? Save your money and go elsewhere!! My husband purchased flowers for valentines day from this "Florist" and had them delivered to our home. He purchased a rose and lily arrangement that he saw a picture of online which looked full and beautiful. What we received was far from the picture, skimpy and flowers half dead. On top of this, the delivery driver left the flowers outside on a 15 degree day without wrapping them up or protecting them with a box... they just flat-out left flowers in a vase on our doorstep. The flowers and water were frozen solid by the time we got to them. I normally don't post reviews but this was unacceptable. Please save your time and money and do not order from this place.

Very disappointed in the quality and service. Was supposed to have same day delivery, didnt happen! Was supposed to have an Anniversary balloon didnt have it! (Supposed to be for my son and daughter-in-laws 1st wedding anniversary)Looks nothing like the arrangement I had ordered, looks like they just threw a bunch of flowers into a vase and called it a day! I have never been so embarrassed and ticked off for the cost and the quality received!
