Joseph was very helpful when I called inquiring about some more information for my case and was able to give me advice for my situation. Also unlike some other attorneys who may have tried to get me to retain them even though I didn't end to retain an attorney for my situation Joseph was able to give me advice and advised that I would not need an attorney for my issue. He was very helpful and quick when I called the office he called me within a couple hours to discuss my case. If I would need an attorney I would choose him 100 percent. Even the receptionist I spoke with first was very kind and courteous.

Very professional and informative. I had a phone consultation today in regards to a DCF matter. After speaking with Attorney Jaumann, I felt more at ease about the whole situation. Things were looking very bleak on January 12, 2022. I did not understand what was happening, DCF had just ruled against me, I never even had a chance to explain myself, my career, my marriage, my life seemed to just be melting away. My reputation was already destroyed as my situation had now become, Breaking News across the state. Then, just then, when I was at the lowest point in my confusion and despair, I could not believe it but my phone rang and it was Joe Jaumann. Not a paralegal with another pre-interview application but an empathetic, knowledgeable and friendly human voice. He talked to me for a half hour, told me what to do and then dropped this bomb: he said, you owe me nothing and call me if you have any questions. Concerning his fee for services (if rendered,) Joe is forthright, clear on how he values his time and fair. Joseph is an excellent communicator and is extremely responsive. He emailed me back on the same or next day when i had a question which made him very reliable. He is very understanding and made sure all my questions got answered. He had a lot of patience answering all my questions durring the consultation and didnt rush the process. He explains things extremely well by giving instructions on what to do and what not to do. He gave me a detailed step by step plan on what things i needed to do to accomplish what i wanted. He is the only lawyer that i trust and can clearly understand when he communicates to me. He is a very reasonable lawyer and I was not disappointed with any answer he gave me. He is the lawyer to call when in need of help with anything because he genuinely wants to help you and cares a lot.
