Kudos to the team at Raynard and Peirce! Wendy and Bill went above and beyond to sell my home. Wendy's knowledge of the market, and appropriate pricing strategies, helped to advance the sale quickly. She was proactive in identifying possible detours that might interfere with a sale and dealt effectively and efficiently with an unexpected roadblock helping us to keep the sale moving forward. She was kind, patient and supportive as I packed my home of 30+ years in under three weeks for a rather unexpected out-of-state move. Start to finish, Wendy and Bill were professional and empathetic. Bill went above and beyond to monitor the property prior to closing when it was unoccupied for a bit of time. I worked with Wendy Eichman and she was thorough, responsive, and professional the entire time. I approached her directly about one of her listings and decided to have her represent both sides of the deal. She seemed very consistent and balanced in her approach to both myself and to the seller I believe. She also knows the local area very well and has been helpful in connecting to me to resources.
