Market Place Tavern - Brookfield

This place has transformed since I was last there about a year ago. The food was well prepared and was extremely better than it has been in the past.

This place is great! We love that the food is always good and the staff is nice. We have also catered with them a few times now to rave reviews from family and friends about the food menu we ordered. They are now my go to for catering.

I went on a Saturday afternoon. The place was kind of quiet, but I have been there before when its a little more lively. I ordered the frittata and soup. Both came out barely warm. The frittata was quite flavorless. I did let my server know and he apologized. At that point, though you can either waste the food or take it home and deal with, which is what I did since I dont like to waste. The next day, I heated it up slowly and added some spices and ate it. Unfortunately, it would keep me from going back. Update: I was contacted by the group that owns MPT and asked to try again with a gift card. I will post when I go, but they get an extra star for at least reading their reviews and listening to the customer.

Amazing Brussel Sprout appetizer! Little dark (on a rainy night) but it was a good dark too. Service was great! Good parking...
