        Most dysfunctional service outfit we have experienced in our 40 plus years stay in the state. This pest control company have been on an acquisition spree acquiring local Pest Control companies but have failed to integrate them into their operating platform, leaving the customers of the acquired companies high and dry. Communication with acquired customer base has been almost non-existent, including sharing the rules of engagement in the operating environment. Have heard about new service program being rolled out but yet to see a document outlining the program structure as well as cost. Have failed time and again to deliver on commitments. The experience has just not been limited to customer service desk personnel but up the chain of command including supervisory staff. Services: General pest inspection, Bug & insect extermination, Ant extermination
