The woman who deals with customer service and scheduling is a total witch. This company must think because their work is highly rated, that it doesnt matter how you treat the customer. Well, guess what - your rating is only a 3.7 and declining with this aspect.

Overall experience - construction was good and employees completing the job were professional. Customer service from the office was poor, communication was poor, and scheduling is nonexistent. After signing a contract you are not given any dates, you are told a couple weeks and then maybe given a call the day prior saying the work is going to be completed. Several messages were left to figure out scheduling to take time off for the work since the garage door needs to be open, however calls are not returned and when you do speak to someone it comes across as you are inconveniencing them by asking. After the work is complete and you have paid, the customer service gets worse. You are supposed to be supplied a driveway care guide that instructs all the extra work you must do to make your driveway usable that is not listed in the contract such as bringing in top soil to build up to the edges and prevent the edges from collapsing. We did not receive one and could not get in touch with anyone until after several attempts and unreturned calls, when we did get in touch with someone they said we would not forget to provide one, someone must have taken it if the workers left it in the mailbox. After asking for an additional one we were told they will drop one off when they are in the area next week. No one came by until 3 months later when, of course, we were not home. At this point we learned we needed to do extra work on the edges thanks to this book but with all the rain part of the base had washed out and asphalt cracked. When we called to question the edge Boutin said the crack is our fault and they were to busy to come out, if we wanted to discuss further we would have to flag down the foreman when they are in the area to discuss further. Had Boutin taken the time to come and discuss our concerns for five minutes, we wouldve been happier with their service. Service: Driveway replacement

Sent a proposal after they assessed. Price was higher than others but I have heard they do good work, but proposal 2500 higher
