previous customer - with no previous problem - called with leaking pipe issue spoke to a live person who took info - never received a call back after a day I went else where got immediate service to fix interior leak

I bought a water heater from Home Depot and I contacted Jaykom, they came and did the install. At first there appeared to be a problem but after calling them back the owner himself came by and worked on the issue. He was able to address the problem. After about a week the water heater was not working as it shouldve and again I notified Jaykom and the owner again came by and he found that the issue was with the heater itself. I shouldve bought a heater from them instead of Home Depot. A part for the water heater was ordered and Jaykom will return to install it. I recommend this plumbing contractor to anyone who needs one.
