Walmart Vision & Glasses

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses for my son, that was a month ago, 2 weeks ago I called inquiring about the status of the glasses and was told that they had to be sent back to the lab because they didn't pass inspection. As of today I can't get through to Walmart eye center nor the main number for the store, no one is answering any phones. I am going to have to make a special trip to the store which is not close, just to figure out what is going on. I am pretty disgusted with this.

Ive been going to Walmart vision center for 3 or 4 years. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the Optometrist is easy to talk to and very nice. I recommend them to everyone I know. Im not sure why these people are complaining. Ive been to a few different eyeglass places and Walmart Vision Center has exceeded my expectations.

I had an exam for my glasses and contacts, The doctor was great and the optician that helped me was Diane. Diane was absolutely great! She was so helpful and friendly! I was having a hard morning and she turned my day around! She was so professional and handled everything phone call so well despite being busy! I will definitely keep working with Walmart eye center!!
