I do not know what is going on with Bristol Quest Offices. The services have gone terrible. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Only 3 rooms inside all 3 patiens left by my appointment time. Took 15 minutes after my appointment and a phone call for them to call me in. Appointments are schedule in 10 minutes increments. Why are you just sitting there waiting for a call from the waiting room to call patients in.
Appointments are scheduled at a certain time to fit everyone's busy schedule. Rather travel to Southington.

Closes earlier than hours stated... well the door was open... but employees no longer wanted to work and stated they are closed despite their stated hours.

I JUST went in and was told I NEEDED an appointment, however, the website says, 'it is recommended'.
I have such a bad taste in my mouth about this place now... Front desk knows this. It was 830 AM and I doubt they could not have accommodate me.

I haven't been able to reach a Human to be able to make an appointment- so I do not have experience at this facility but their computer answering system is NOT HELPFUL & Beyond Aggravating!!
