I usually go to AFC but they wouldn't take me as a walk in so I tried DOCS. BEST decision I made. The staff was very friendly! Ms. Brenda Ramos was empathetic to her patients, informative and had such a wonderful attitude even while working short staffed. I will never go back to AFC. DOCS has won me over. Thank you Brenda!

The place looks good for medical visits, but for emergencies it is very poor, they hardly paid any attention to me, I think I wasted my money and my time.

I went to this location because Fairfield location didnt have enough staff. I went in for a sick visit. They swabbed me and to this day I still have not seen the results on the site. I read the PAs notes and she definitely did not listen to my lungs or educated me on anything on that note. Thankfully I dont have PNA and its just a cough. Though they were nice they were unethical. As an RN myself, I know health systems are falling apart, but we cant be this unprofessional. I took my son to the Fairfield location today and though they didnt have a doctor on site, we did have a virtual visit with one. Needless to say I will not be returning to this location. I also made sure I remembered this PA because I do not trust her at all. We have to do better.
