        If I could give zero stars I would. Jackson Hewitt took over $600 in fees out of my 2023 tax return. From now on I'm filing w Turbo Tax.

        I thought that this Jackson Hewitt was great because the woman in charge is sweet and seemed knowledgeable. Now February 2024 I am facing not one but TWO amendments. I reiterated to her twice to add my student deduction and TWICE, that's two years in a row she failed to do so. Worst part is that's after paying a fee of $699.95 (this amount includes a $300 advance so total fees were $399.95!) Paying this much as a single mother is disgusting! You should be ashamed. Please don't waste your time and money at Jackson Hewitt they all need a refresher/professional development/ or overall education because they suck!
