Dr. Ciccaglione and his wife that works at the desk are the best. He has been my first and only primary Dr. For years. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. They are both down to earth and you just feel so comfortable when you go for an office visit. That's important for me.

Best doctor I have ever had. He is totally on his patience side! Even though I am moving back to NY state, he will continue to be my doctor. Because I know that I can trust him and he has my best interests at heart.

I was a patient of Dr Ciccaglione and he has a very bad bedside manner nor does he listen to his patients. He is very arrogant, impatient and mean spirited (very bad energy).  I felt worse after my visit with him.

I have been going to Dr.Ciccaglione for quite a few years now. The thing that separates him from all the rest of the doctors I have ever gone through is the environment. His wife runs the office and together they really make such a great team. She really makes you feel welcome and really knows how to make the office feel warm. You feel like you are home. Soft music and so much attention to detail. She really makes sure everyone is comfortable. It also helps that they have such a great relationship and for those that may be scared of going to a doctor appointment this is the place because they make you feel very relaxed. As for what happens once you go in to the examination room. Dr.C is thorough and to the point. He really does a great job and always with a smile. If you are in need , look no further. This isnt just a practice but a family.

Absolutely horrible experience. Been a patient of this doctor for over 30 years. My entire family has come to see him on many occasions. But it is clear that he does not care about his patients anymore. You have to go into the office so he can bill your insurance company for everything. He literally had me come into the office and wanted to bill my insurance company because my prescription wasn't called in and I wanted to know why. I also had a question about why my coinsurance was Declined. But was told they did their part I needed to do mine.When I insinuated his wife/secretary that this is all about the money and billing the insurance company she became defensive and called the doctor on me. He came out instructed the patients in the lobby to be seen before me when I was next embarrassing me. I was left in tears he didn't even apologize for it! Is this really how you treat senior citizens that have been with you for year? .My heart is broken because I thought after being a 30+ year patient of his he would have more sympathy for my loyalty to him. But all he cares about is billing your insurance company. I will be reporting him to the state license Board. If you're looking for a doctor to see you for two minutes bill your insurance company for every question you have and give you a prescription quickly then go see Dr. C! Loyalty doesn't matter!!! My moms experience I'm just posting for her!
