Home internet service is good. The mobile service is horrible and I regret my contract. I've experienced several days on a monthly basis with dropped calls and service outages. Customer service is unhelpful I will be switching back to my old carrier once my contract is paid.

Optimum was good at first , so I decided to agree to a promotion deal they offered us Ive had it since January 2024 till the present so far Ive had to pay a different amount since and to make matters worse we were hacked by someone who we thought were optimum customer service they had all our information and used our card information to purchase items and our payment , we contacted our bank and were refunded our payment,we notified optimum and we were charged late fees for their error, so folks be careful when you call their numbers, Ill be canceling optimum this month , they suck , also customer service folks need more training because every time I spoke to them they gave us different information and none were right so folks beware

Had to get a new controller and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Very happy with the representative that helped me.
