**The staff and nurses are very friendly, caring, respectful and pleasant.** *On another note!!* Had blood work done on the 4th of April by the rude, unprofessional Phlebotomist thinking she dealing with animals and seems like doesn't want to do her job caringly and with humanness, ended up going to emergency room because of her blowing my vein. I've been with excruciating pain and fear of blood clots forming. Why just complain, I've reported her to the Department of Health. The quality of service has diminished. I've been a patient there since they first opened.

I absolutely loved my experience at Bridgeport Family Medicine. I recently had an appointment and I was pleasantly greeted and felt very warm like I was at home. The environment was welcoming and smiles all over the office. The providers are absolutely wonderful, very kind and they make you feel super comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality and I look forward to going there again.
