Unfortunately, I did not even get a chance to use him since he spent an hour on the phone with me discussing every single thing I wanted done in my bathrooms and kitchens, I sent him pictures, did everything he asked me to do like email him what I wanted, email him ideas etc and never heard back from him again. This is the same guy that promised me he's been doing business in my town for years and cares so much about his reputation that he would never screw me over and yet that's exactly what he did. We even had a discussion about just being honest since I've had so much trouble finding someone right now to do work and he agreed that honesty is the best policy. He told me he had openings in August in September and he would never just ditch me and then he did the exact thing he said he wouldn't do. Red flag!!! Do not use him since he's is obviously deceptive and does not hold to his promises or keep his word.

Zach did a phenomenal job replacing our front steps and building a custom portico on our house. He and his crew were on time, professional and did great work. Really went above and beyond in every way and communicated clearly throughout the job. He was very reasonable and I can't say enough about the quality and attention to detail. Will be using Zach again on our next project. Services: Demolition, Refurbishment

I've used Upton Properties for several projects over the last couple of years. Mainly a bathroom and some carpentry projects.  He's currently working on a built in for me! I have nothing but great things to say: Zach is always on time, very clean and the quality of work is always excellent! I highly recommend!

Zachary had worked on my house that was being sold and needed several last minute repairs one being making a new roof He was prompt attentive and meticulous paying attention to every detail of the job He made several very valuable suggestions that helped in negotiating the sale price He is very reliable, does high quality work and his prices are fair I recommended him to several of my friends who were just as pleased with his work as I was Sophia Leonida Fairfield CT
