        Went to have my hair shampooed and blown straight. Asked if she was experienced with black hair texture and she said yes. The blow dryer was so hot but I endured it. I should have spoken up. After I left there was a scent of burnt hair then when I shampooed my hair my did not revert to its curl pattern it looks straight and frizzy and it breaks off when I brush it. Obvious heat damage! I called to let her know and she just responded by saying no problem. Not the place for black hair care.
