HSW Bridgeport

Myself and my 4 year-old granddaughter have been residents at HSW in Bridgeport for a little over three years and it is truly a great experience. We have all of the amenities at our disposal that we could ask for, such as a widely diverse community within the building, as well as the entire neighborhood. The area is so very vibrant during the spring and summer months with the many events and festivals that are held downtown and at the parks within the area, inclusive of the Farmer's Market and major Art and food Events. I can also satisfy my urge to do some Christmas shopping right downtown at the local shops in and around the downtown Arcade Mall. I live and breathe Bridgeport, but happen to work in Westchester County, NY, therefore I am extremely blessed to have access to the intermodal transportation hub where I catch the Metro-North and Amtrack trains, and have local and inter-coastal bus and ferry access to Long Island, as well the post office being no more than a 5-minute walk away. We are also surrounded by an entertainment hub such the Bridgeport amphi-theatre and Webster Bank arena for world-class entertainment such as concerts, sporting events, comedy shows, Karaoke, organized street roller skating and some of the best restaurants in walking distance to suit any type of palette. The building itself is immaculate, quiet, secure and houses all of the amenities that I truly need to live a fulfilled life as a resident with my granddaughter such as a gym, co-working style community space, laundry facilities, first-floor sitting area with atrium for reading, a secured parcel delivery room, a private elevated outdoor community area and the entire building is pet-friendly ! Our kitten, Nyla LOVES it ! Maria Bistolis is the Leasing Agent that I had the pleasure of meeting with when I first inquired about a vacancy, who is truly a God-send and was such a tremendous help and super-patient with me during the entire process of my transition of finding decent housing within the area after my stint as a homeowner. The maintenance technician (William, and now Victor) are always available for whatever you need. This is definitely an amazing place to live and rest your head at night. HSW is an undiscovered beauty in downtown Bridgeport. Being my first apartment, I had no idea what to do with all 900 sq ft of the one bedroom unit. The complex is spotless and boasts fantastic amenities. It is a 3 minute walk from a dog park as well as the metro north station. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff. Maria was a huge help at every step along the way and William, who is one of the nicest person I have ever met, was swift to resolve any maintenance requests. I truly enjoyed my time at HSW and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and convenient location at an extremely affordable price.

Beautiful loft style apartments. Ample space and modern renovations which I loved a lot. Lived here for two years, highly recommend these apartments for anyone looking. Maria was great with everything! I love her hospitality.

There are a lot good things to say about this place, super clean, super secure and quiet environment. I sent a message looking for apartment availability, since my son was accepted in an internship at Connecticut, and Maria Bistolas answered immediately. I was concerned because this is my first time moving to US, but Maria did it easy, she guided me through the process and was so patient with all my questions and inquiries. Also, I have to say that William Torres (the maintenance guy) always is available for whatever you need, he is very kind and quick. When my son moved out, because he finished his internship, we received the same excellent and kindly service. Definitely this is a wonderful place to live. Thank Maria & William both of you are the best!!!!
