        Es un mal servicio el peor que echo en mi vida personas arrogantes credas y APORTUNISTAS The service is terrible the receptionist doesnt know well what shes doing she doesnt comunicate well in English she has a bad attitude no customer service experience at all also jose Ames is a liar Im a very organize person I have all my taxes on file Im not missing one I know that I did my taxes thru him efile and since it was time COVID I never went to pick up my copy aside that he charge $35 dollars to get a copy of my taxes when I never got one he never send me a copy thru email either he likes to rip of people I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE VERY ARROGANT PEOPLE

        Terrible service, the man treated me and my family very badly, I really do not recommend this place, I felt very offended with the treatment on the part of this man. A very arrogant person, I immediately left his office.
