Very responsive and dependable! I would highly recommend Holly to anyone I know. I handed her a very difficult task that others have given up on... she would send me updates regularly and got the job done. Thank you so much!

Papers were served promptly and all phone calls and texts returned immediately when I had questions. My only issue is that the return service to the court regarding a restraining order being served was not received on time and she did not keep a copy of the record and was unable to resend it to the court on the day of my hearing. I do not know the specific rules regarding sending paperwork back to the court but it seems to me this is something that should be overnighted and certified if it is sent via mail since it is a legal time sensitive document. It is also my understanding that I should have received a phone call when the papers were served, which I did not. This resulted in both myself and the police having to make phone calls to determine if a violation had occurred. The final outcome was that my case was thrown out of court and my daughters and I lost our temporary restraining order immediately. Not a good situation.
