Ridgeline Painting

Ridgeline did a great job painting the exterior of our contemporary style house in Branford. Jim took the time to research the right type of paint for a new type of siding we used for an addition, and we appreciated that attention to detail. The entire crew was highly professional, super responsive and just nice people to deal with. We had a few areas that needed special attention due to age and rotting wood and everything came out great. We will definitely work with these guys again and happy to make this recommendation.

If we could give Ridgeline Painting10 stars, we would. When they say customer satisfaction is their ultimate goal, they truly mean it. The painters and the site supervisor show up on time, do impeccable work, clean up every day and they are up front about all costs. Jim and his crew are total professionals. They took care of our property as if it was their own, and even though we had to trouble shoot along the way to deal with very old shingles, the final result was beautiful. Ridgeline did a fantastic job in every way. The prepping and painting were excellent -- all high-quality work, very careful and thorough -- and the crew were incredibly respectful of our property. Communication was terrific, too. They always let us know what to expect and showed up exactly when promised. Jim McDonnell has somehow managed to hire only super-nice people who reflect his values -- i.e. doing a great job, communicating clearly and honestly, and making sure that the customer is happy. I had my cabinets painted bright white and they are beautiful! The surface is so smooth and very easy to clean. I tend to make a huge mess in the kitchen and entertain a lot so durability is very important to me. Its been over two years now and they are still in perfect condition, as you can see in the photo. Since the house was empty at the time they were able to set up right in the house and do all the doors and faces on site. I have a huge number of cabinets and they were done so quickly!
