Ive been working with Juan for a few months to find the perfect investment property and hes been very knowledgeable and diligent. If you are looking for a realtor I highly recommend him. He puts your thoughts and needs first, he has a quick response time for every inquiry weve sent. He knows exactly what hes talking about and most of all theres no pressure with him. Ive come across a lot of realtors who dont have your best interest in mind and only look at you as a quick sale. That is the complete opposite of Juan. If you are looking for a person who cares Juan is the way to go.

My real estate agent, Juan Rodriguez, was absolutely wonderful. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable during the sale negotiations. His disposition was calm and assuring which really helped get me through some difficult times. He was able to listen and advise so we can maximize all opportunities on the selling and purchasing side of our transactions.
