Christine Nay APRN was so unprofessional. I heard her gossiping about a patient and when she tried to close my door and I protested( Dr. Seely offered to leave the door open or closed) APRN Nay became verbally rude and antagonist. It's disappointing to see the lack of quality medical professionals. As if a trained monkey couldn't do her job. People deserve better,and especially so when the most important subject of their lives is the focus of the visit. Their health... One would imagine the two full hr wait would be reason enough for me to post a negative review, but I was astonished more by a supposed medical professional conducting herself in such a low manner.

I like my providers a great deal. But I do have to second the review about communication being very difficult.

Quite possibly the worst medical practice in the state. If you have a condition, like severe anxiety, this isnt the place for you. You will end up in the emergency room or worse before they finally see you. Stay far far away.

There was a nurse here to help me with paperwork for school and she was so warm and helpful! Definitely appreciated her and all the staff here that I interacted with.

I like my doctor and everyone i have encountered here however the communication for this business as a whole is absolutely ridiculous. No one will ever have communication with you unless you have a scheduled appointment. For example, In the past Ive had issues with my prescriptions and had tried for literal weeks to have someone return a phone call or mychart message. I ended up having to call a number that was on a response to someone elses review to get someone to answer me. Most recently, I received a call from someone at this office and left me a voicemail to return their call as soon as possible. I called back less than 5 minutes later and was told the person who called me wasnt available and they couldnt disclose the reason for the call. Ive tried calling back now 3 times over the last 2 weeks and no one will call me back - Im returning their call and still cant get ahold of anyone. So unprofessional
