        Customer service was terrible. And when I was finally assisted, they sold me the wrong part, even after confirming what make and model of the vehicle the part was for. Never again.

        Went in to have the battery and alternator checked. Guy behind the desk said the guy just left. Ok when will he be back? A little bit what does that mean? He said try the auto zone across the street. Will do and never going back to advance auto parts again. Thanks for the referral to your competitor.

        Excellent customer service. Original purchase at Old Saybrook store. The service there was poor but the guys at Branford store corrected the problem that Old Saybrook created. I have already told folks to use Advanced in Branford.
