Connecticut Trailers

Bought a trailer there. Had a fabulous experience the sales person Tim recognized an error on the website they rectified it beautifully. I wish customer service and all the businesses I bought durable things were as , thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend talking to these people about your trailer needs.

I would offer zero stars if it was possible I purchased a trailer from this company for $7000 last year today a year later the trailer has been at their facility for 30 days due to the tongue bending from five childrens dirtbikes inside! The warranty company refuses to do anything the axle was also bad I drop the trailer off. Nobody took any notes on anything they quoted the repairs for just the tongue didnt even look at the axle The trailer has been there for over a month and I still have not heard anything. Stay far away from this company and stay far away from Bravo! I had to call and scream at them to get anything done or the ball rolling in any direction Im out $7000 for a trailer a bought BRAND NEW LAST YEAR!!! STAY AWAY. I have been dealing with a broken trailer trailer since November 27th with no communication from them whatsoever besides slapping an invoice together for the tongue repair and nothing about the tire an axle

EXTREMELY expensive, they charge over $3,000.00 for a little tiny 5x9 open trailer that isn't even enclosed.

This trailer company is one of the worst I ever worked with. I made an appointment, bring my trailer to them 2 days in advance and 2 weeks later they say they are too busy and will get to it when they can. Then when they finally do pay off the job they charge me for the hole job. They didn't even do half of the job. I had to order parts and finish it myself. I would highly recommend going somewhere else to get repairs done
