Lydia so sorry you feel that way and i wish you or you husban had reached out to me i was under impression after we took the car to get computer reprogramed at Toyota that all issues were resolved. Please call me if we installed incorrect 02 sensor i would be happy to refund that for you. again we are truly sorry to hear about your experience.
