        I came for passport services and the service received was 5+. Staff was courteous, professional, and detailed. I just moved to Simsbury and earlier in the week I went to the Simsbury one on HopMeadow . The service was awful, The agent in Simsbury treated me like an idiot and was rude.. What a difference 4.7 miles makes.

        I waited 15 minutes in line to have mail post marked. After waiting the woman at the window refused to post mark the mail. She said to go put it in the mailbox. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
