I called this firm for professional assistance in a case. I was told the previous representative no longer worked for the firm and they unfortunately misplaced my Information. So, I provided the information a second time during my second attempt to follow-up. A representative told me she would call me back. I never heard from her. This is terrible business ethics. Very unprofessional. It's important to trust the law firm you will be hiring to work for you. It starts in the initial phone conversation. I haven't heard back from the girl who told me she would call me back. I learned this is a good thing they should me their work ethics and professionalism before I signed a contract to hire this firm. It's already traumatizing to have to contact a lawyer. No need to get hurt twice by picking the wrong lawyer. I truly hopes this helps the person who is looking for a honest review. Hiring the right lawyer is important. It's a job and a paycheck to some. But, it's our life's that is in the case. It's important to find someone who is passionate about their job in assisting you.

Attorney Twillie is very good, knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. The experience I had when my daughter went through the most traumatic experience in her life thus far with Lawyer Twillie was the easiest; he thought of and took care of everything. He checked in and gave support through the whole case and I recommend him to everyone.

The staff responded to my questions in a friendly, professional manner. After I explained my case, the attorney I spoke to was very knowledgeable, answered my questions in laymens terms, and provided very good advice. I will use LA Law again if I have the need and recommend them highly.

I had a really bad accident about 3 years back and I was left with shoulder and chest discomfort and I was recommended to Attorney Twillie! He stuck out and fought for my case and he did not give in easily at all! If you ever are in one of these unfortunate events he is the go to guy! Very thorough in his field!
