      It is certainly rude not to return messages. IDK what car you were calling about, but we have had several messages on individual cars lately. Only thought I have to explain this would be to say I may have confused your messages as a duplication of other messages received. Not a good excuse by any stretch of the imagination. All I can do is apologize and say if you change your mind and would like to tell me which car you were calling about, I'll do my best to help you.
