Thanks for the review Jodi. We love customer feedback, especially when it’s provided with the eloquence and class you have shown here. We have bad news for you, Salz will not be returning. Fat Tony has built quite the man cave in the attic of the deli and we’re certain he will never leave. His lair has a huge couch, an 80” LCD Smart TV, and a dumbwaiter that delivers him three squares a day along with an occasional snack. He’s a happy man.Regarding your issue, we’d love to help, however we will need a few more details to get a better understanding of what led to the venom you spewed here. Did we burn your pizza or leave the ham off your ham sandwich? Were your fries soggy? Perhaps we forgot the blue cheese with your chicken wings or missed your request for “no onions”. Fortunately for all, we just make food and when we make a mistake, we can usually fix it if we know about it. In the scheme of life, it’s hardly a big deal, right? Does it really warrant such anger and negativity? Imagine if we performed surgery or built skyscrapers…….if we made mistakes doing that, it could be devastating.
