Super nice people. Quick unloading
Only took about 30-40 min for the whole truck load. They were friendly. Came outside to my truck to tell me they finished.
They have enough room for backup drivers when u enter just go left and proceed to building 14 for delivery.

Had called Shepards to get a quote for our upcoming move. Was hopeful of using a local company. The initial call I had was very good going through the contents of the house, suggestions etc. I was told I would get a quote by the following week. After a week I contacted them and was told I would have a quote by end of day. After a few more attempts over the next several days I gave up. Never did receive a quote and went with another company which has been extremely responsive.

I recently coordinated a clothing fundraiser at my organization and reached out to Shepard's to see if they'd be willing to help us out. Upon calling, I was warmly received by Dave and put in contact with Stephanie who stayed in touch with me over the duration of the project (about 3 months).
Shepard's worked with us to coordinate a pick-up and drop-off within the time frame we needed and even had their driver assist our staff with loading and unloading. He was incredibly professional and went above & beyond to ensure that we stayed on target with our drop-off time. Not to mention doing all this in the sweltering heat!
We wouldn't have been able to go through with the fundraiser if it hadn't been for their generosity. As someone who grew up in Bethel, works in Danbury, and now resides in Brookfield, it makes me feel good to know that our community fully supports one another. I would highly recommend them for any of your moving or storage needs!
