From the initial visit through the installation proceess, the team at Closets by Design was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Their designer Allison came over and spent hours asking questions, measuring, and putting together a design before we decided to hire. We were pleasantly surprised how much time she invested with us. Their installation team came to our home and did a fantastic job installing our closets. They were attentive to our belongings and our home, and were a pleasure to get to know. The closets look amazing and the overall experiencing was just as good. We highly recommend them, and we plan to make other upgrades in our home with Closets by Design in the future.

I recently hired Closet by Design to organize my closet. I was thoroughly impressed. Their professionalism was evident from the start to finish, with prompt and courteous customer service. During the consultation, they listened to my needs and offered insightful suggestions. The installation was swift and efficient, yet their craftsmanship was meticulous. Closets by Design was incredible to work with. Paulette helped us design our walk-in and created a space that was exactly what we were looking for aesthetically as well as making recommendations to make sure it would be functional for our needs. Install was also a great experience. Professional, & knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

Previously had wire shelves .... no comparison. I plan to add another draw and shelf to fit my needs. It's versatile too.
