Hello, I finally was able to change my windows! First, I found the process simple, professional, and very organized. The windows look beautiful and my home is warmer. The Sales Service Consultant, Will Kraus was professional, and very patient with me, as I was undecisive with price. He explained the benefits to our home with all the upgrades and new windows and came to our home to make sure all the sizes of our windows were measured correctly. It was nice knowing we could trust someone for such an important decision. We were able to call Will Kraus if we had any questions and he was always available. I also have to say the team that installed the windows was very professional and did a great job. Joe Murphy made sure everything looked nice! Thank you, Will Kraus and Joe Murphy.

You can't even reach these folks! Did a auto refill when my service contract was already over...

Horrendous! The merger has created a disaster of a company to deal with. I have had Bantam since 2015 and they were great. Someone always answered the phone, they were on time, helpful and easy to deal with. Since the merger, it has been a steady slide downhill. HOLD TIMES are ALWAYS in excess of 25 min, sometimes 50 min or an hour. Half the time I hang up. The best part is that while you are on hold due to their staffing issues, they are trying to sell you more products. They can't even handle what they have! How about you stick to what you know and get your house in order before trying to expand your services. In the process of switching to Mitchell-Been on hold for 18 min already with Bantam to let them know. Craig Snyder is chasing profit, but it won't take long for word to get out. How about YOU call your own company an couple of times and see what the customer service level is. I feel sorry for the employees. They have always been great, but are dealing with such gross operational mismanagement, they don't stand a chance.
