I was driving by this Town Fair Tire in Avon, CT. and realized it had been a while since my tires had been rotated. I had bought the set of 4 tires from another TFT, but I thought I'd inquire. Adriel was very friendly, and focused, and he helped set things up quickly. Then the guys got me out of there faster than they had suggested. I found all of the men at the front desk personable, and helpful. Appreciate the timely, good quality service.

Went to town fair tire in Avon, CT to do an alignment and wheel balancing as I was experiencing highway vibrations. I also asked if they could take a quick look at the axles whilst the car was under the lift. Jake at Town Fair Tire provided excellent service! Car rides really smooth on the highway now and I am completely satisfied.

One of my tires wasn't holding air. Called in to see if they did tire check and repair. Told me they check tires and if repairable will complete for free. Free.
Double take, guy on the phone said yes, for free. Made an appointment, went in the next day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Got me out of there in 40 minutes when asked if they could do any better than the hour they estimated.
Turned out to the seal near the bead was cracked. Resealed it for me. Took the time to answer my questions.
Will definitely go back when I need new tires!

I greatly appreciate the patience and professionalism of the team at Town Fair Tire of Avon, CT.
I brought my Tesla Model X Signature Vin#174 in with a flat rear tire. After we determined the tire could not be repaired, the desk manager, Marcus, was keen to identify the unique version of the Continentals required for staggered stance Teslas. He was able to expedite getting the tire in from from the distribution center.
The technician, Rob, put on the white gloves. It was assuring to see that the team knew the nuanced process to raise the car suspension, activate jack mode, ensure all the doors where closed to support the body, and where to place the jacks to avoid lifting under the battery.
Working on EVs requires awareness of the battery structure. I have always had a great experience working with this shop.
