My custom orthotics combined with super high arches and asymmetrical feet make it a challenge to find footwear that fits. Chris and Paul guided me to not one, but two pairs of shoes (Hoka and Saucony) that fit great. But my orthotics squeaked a bit in the shoes. ;-( But to the rescue: Chris had a brilliant solution that involved cutting a layer of thin material to insert below the orthotics in the shoes. Takes time and skill, but he did it for all four shoes while I waited. Now I can sneak up on people without the squeaking giving me away Happy and grateful (and stealthy) customer.

Not sure how anyone rated this higher than 1 star. Insulted my 8 year old by making comments about her physical appearance. Also told her one of the sports she loves was a waste of time. Apparently the older men that were there get their kicks out of insulting little girls and making them feel self conscious about their bodies and interests. Great business plan guys. They dont deserve to be in business and with what we experienced, likely wont be much longer. Find another place to shop.
