    I usually don't write reviews on Google, but I would like to share a very bad experience I have had with Dr. Mark Fletcher and his team. I went to an appointment after being referred to by my orthodontist for a jaw surgery. Let me just say that the nurse, who greeted me, was rude, but after seeing that I was a professor started being a bit nicer. I cannot even describe how much I despise people being rude because they think they are better than others (because of some outer characteristics or because maybe their parents brought them up to be egoistic). You ARE NOT better than others. So, start treating others with respect! That was, to be honest, the most insignificant issue during my visit. It appears that the doctor has only done this procedure a few times. He didn't even have images of patients he had treated with such an issue. He even admitted to having a flash drive broken - meaning he couldn't show any pictures other than images of one patient he treated back in 2016. Why would I ever go to a surgeon who hasn't even treated many such other patients with the same issue? At least I respected his honesty that maybe I should go to another surgeon for a consultation. Another thing, after the appointment was over, I went to check out at the front desk and was told that they wouldn't accept my dental insurance after being told that they would over the phone before my initial visit. To be more precise, I was told that they wouldn't accept my current dental insurance, but that they would only accept Delta Dental Premium insurance. God Bless Delta Dental Premium insurance. I went through my employer to change my insurance to Delta Dental Premium. I cannot describe to you how much energy and time I had to waste to even attempt to have to change my insurance. Now, I pay $50 more a month just to have the above-mentioned insurance and for nothing apparently. So, even after doing that, they didn't accept it. I gave them a call multiple times to check if they would follow up with me on the cost of the procedure or even my current bill and how I could pay it. I kept bumping at the same secretary (Steven who seems completely incompetent at his job) who kept promising to have someone call me and follow up with me. Imagine if someone had followed up with me. The last call I had was to pay my bill and, honestly, run as far as I could from these people. I hate being lied to and mistreated, but I honestly wish those people all the best. If you believe that a certain patient is below your practice and shouldn't be treated, you shouldn't even accept them as a patient in the first place. I have no regrets; I am happy I am looking for a different surgeon.
