A black and white market dress that costs me $100 - never worn among other beautiful things were all donated when I said I would come get my things - owner seemed agitated that day when I was dropping off but promised to hold my things till Tuesday due to my really far commute and there was a snowstorm (Tues)- I called the store multiple times- mailbox was full!!!! - no one answered - so they donated everything except 3 things and also texted the wrong number to say they were donating my things after I gave the owner the correct number to call that day I dropped my things off
All my stuff GONE !! The employee had no idea the back room & didnt know the owner said shed hold it till Tuesday ( no communication either)
Not sure Ill be comfortable n signing here after 20/25 years of doing business with this company - just soooo disappointed
