        The branch called me on saturday to confirm my reservation for monday. when i couldnt call back on saturday, they simply decided to not have their reservation ready for monday. they tell me wErE tHe BuSiEsT bRaNcH iN CT oN mOnDaYs seems weird, theyre not even near an airport or city. We make a time for Monday afternoon, i cant get a ride there so I come early tuesday morning to be told they gave my confirmed reservation away. Id make them less busy and go literally anywhere else.
