        From the term called until they showed up was under an hour. Two gentlemen that came highly professional and took care of the job rather quickly. I highly recommend.

        As far as the inspection, things went well. A few issues (1) when quoted that the testing would include water testing, I did not realize it was for only iron and not any of the other contaminants. We had to to collect a water sample and bring to a lab separately. As far as being on time for the appointment -poor. Appointment was for 8:30 - 9:00 am - they arrived about 10:00 am. They had not called to tell us they were running late. Myself and the real estate agent were kept waiting. After discussion, they did slightly discount the service they provided.

        The guys were super fast in taking my call, and coming out same day to install a well filter and softener for us. Easy going, very knowledgeable about the best way to approach our situation, and very informative. Will always use them for our well/water needs going forward!
