Well we are very sorry to see your review change from 5 stars to 1. I was just responding to reviews and saw this pop up. I spoke with Ryan and when he told me what it was about I was shocked. We just bought the Tacoma at the auction Wednesday and the online advertisement went up two days later with all descriptions minus pictures. We bought this truck because it is so desirable, a 4 cylinder with a manual transmission and low miles. This truck was Serviced at Toyota its whole life. I told the sales staff we have a very unique vehicle here and it won't last. The next day you inquired about the truck after seeing it on the net. The online listing has all information about the truck including the Carfax. I heard you were upset because you said you didn't know it was a four cylinder. The listing shows this in about six different locations including the Carfax. The forty pieces of paperwork you signed at time of purchase. Once the bank approvals' came in prior to delivery that paperwork also states the engine size. How you can be upset with us is beyond logical and to say we are shady come on. You picked this truck out and we have all the communications between us and you. You stated we dont give a damn is so far from the truth, why wouldn't we want you to be happy with your purchase. This was your dream truck. I'm sorry you think it's a nightmare. Ron Saracino.
