Called to ask if my car was there and some clown said he didn't know without trying. He told me he wasn't on shift when it came in. And that was the extent of his help. Seemed prejudicial without cause.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Chippy's. I have had both my cars serviced there multiple times, and they always keep me updated on the progress, work with the aftermarket warranties I purchased on both of them (which is a pain to do) and are open and honest.
