These people are a disgrace!!! Properties are not well managed, insect infestation that goes on for months. Pest company they sent out does NOTHING!! No communication. Do not do business with them!! RUN!! They do not care about your families or anyone. They only care about $$.

facebook.com/10000126233… most unprofessional people when there is a maintenance issue.  The woman at the office is rude and has zero people skills.  We had a leak through a light fixture and were told not to turn on that light and they will get it when they get to it.  First they blamed the unit above us which is empty.  I have lived here for 7 years and have had leaks in 4 of the winters from melting snow.  Each time, it is like pulling teeth to get them to do anything.  On my most recent follow up call, the office woman hung up on me and told me not to call again.  My girlfriend works for a property management company and she has no sympathy for these people because they are so unprofessional and rude.  Time to move I think.

They are the worst management company. They are always rude particularly a woman Katherine.  I own a unit and call with questions or simple request and she's constantly rude and doesn't care  how she treats people. No customer service skills at all. I refuse to speak with her but she won't pass on the message for the other person in the office to call. I have owned my unit for 11 years and I want to sell just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. I regret the day I ever purchased this property.
